You are considered a Complex Fertility Care patient if:
You were told you have Diminished Ovarian Reserve (DOR) (low AMH / low AFC)
You have Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POI) or high FSH concerns

You’re 40+
You’ve had failed IVF cycles (low egg yield, poor response, low embryo development, or cancelled cycles)
You’ve had failed embryo transfers or repeated implantation issues
There’s male infertility that may require advanced lab planning (ICSI, surgical sperm retrieval, etc.)
You need Reciprocal IVF or LGBTQ+ family building with multi-step coordination
